  12. I asked for help with a memory violation problem when
  13. using the IPL's decode routine.  Ralph Griswold gave
  14. me the successful suggestion of using xencode and 
  15. xdecode which are in the new version of the IPL.  
  16. Now I am able to read in a whole list of records,
  17. where the records themselves are records of records (and so on),
  18. without any problems.  So, everyone using the old
  19. encode and decode should try the new x versions in
  20. xcode.icn in the IPL.  I also have the new version
  21. of the IPL to work with.  Ralph, thanks for your help.
